Mt. Hope Bay Residence

This seaside modern residence by ZeroEnergy Design, enjoys expansive views of Mount Hope Bay.

In collaboration with the homeowners, Charles transformed the landscape into a dynamic outdoor entertainment space. The main features include an in-ground pool and outdoor fire pit area. Utilizing a variety of coastal perennials, the plantings provide color throughout the spring, summer and fall. The pool patio is linked to the upper front lawn play area by a helix shaped pathway. The pathway is also flanked on either side by cor-ten steel retaining walls. The overall design is a fusion of neo-modern and rustic coastal influences.
