The proposed improvements for the amenity area include an inground pool with an outdoor bistro area. The result is a dynamic space for families to relax by the pool or accommodate evening events for local businesses. Vibrant coastal plants add an elegant touch, providing a burst of color from spring through fall. Construction is scheduled for the fall of 2024.
